Chapter Recruitment
Here at Creighton University, we take part in a formal recruitment process which begins at the start of the Spring semester and lasts four days. While unusual, this deferred recruitment provides many benefits for the Potential New Member (PNM). Primarily, this allows for all PNMs to become properly acclimated to university life before deciding if joining the FSL community is the right fit.
The mission statement of Kappa Kappa Gamma states that we are “…an organization of women, which seeks for every member throughout her life bonds of friendship, mutual support, opportunities for self-growth, respect for intellectual development, and an understanding of and an allegiance to positive ethical principles.” With a strong dedication to academic excellence and positive well being, Kappa Kappa Gamma allows each woman to thrive and actively seeks to cultivate an environment where each woman can excel within the organization as a whole.
Joining Kappa can open a world of possibilities for you and give you the ability to grow as a woman, leader, friend, and sister. Everyone in this chapter inspires us every day to be the best person we can possibly be. We are truly lucky to call ourselves members of Kappa Kappa Gamma.
