Letter From The President
Welcome to Eta Iota chapter of Kappa Kappa Gamma at Creighton University! My name is Lizzie Reschenberg and I am honored and overjoyed to serve as the 2019 Chapter President. After serving as the 2018 Risk Management Chairman, I am ecstatic to be a returning officer and on a new journey as the President. Our chapter is comprised of so many unique and strong women who come from so many different backgrounds; our different experiences and personalities are what color and strengthen our chapter.
When you join a sorority, you join a legacy and network of women who came before you, some, whom you may never meet, and, some, who will come after you. Kappas are spread all across the country, and even internationally, but our values and sisterhood are what tie us together.
A sorority’s bond goes so much deeper than the letters we wear, the words we say, and the events we plan. It is a group of women who will become your strongest support system, your home away from home, and your best friends. They will push you beyond your comfort zone, celebrate when you achieve something great, be there when you go through that curveball life throws at you, and will let you be your unapologetic self. You will have opportunities to grow in confidence, leadership skills, knowledge, and experiences. You will get to know your passions and discover who you want to become. Kappa Kappa Gamma is a network of women that were yesterday’s pioneers, today’s leaders, and tomorrow’s advocates.
